# Website image sources

Source and license pages were checked on October 9, 2026. Stock home photos are illustrative design samples; they are not Katie Hendrickson listings and do not depict Northwest Arkansas properties. Keep that distinction in the website content until actual IDX listing images replace them.

## AI-generated homepage scenery

- `hero-nwa.mp4` and `hero-nwa-poster.webp` — created October 19, 2026 in the user's OpenArt account (Warrick Media workspace), using Kling 3.0 Omni text-to-video. OpenArt asset ID: `WYulpoaBh0sUDXuyWWR5`; UI creation time: `10/19/2026 22:23:57`. One eight-second, 16:9, 1080p, silent generation used 200 existing credits after explicit user approval.
- The scene is illustrative: two Craftsman-style homes, wooded low Ozark hills, a limestone lake shore, autumn foliage and calm water. It evokes Northwest Arkansas lake communities around Eureka Springs, Holiday Island, Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake; it is not footage of a verified place or an active listing. This source record documents the generated asset used in the homepage background.
- Generation prompt: “Cinematic photorealistic real-estate website background, inspired by Northwest Arkansas and the Ozark lake country around Eureka Springs, Holiday Island, Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake. One continuous eight-second shot, a very slow stabilized drone glide along a quiet lake cove at golden hour. Rolling low Ozark hills covered in oak, hickory and cedar, natural pale limestone shoreline, calm blue-green freshwater reflecting the wooded hills. Two tasteful warm stone-and-timber Craftsman lake homes with simple porches and charcoal roofs sit naturally among the trees on the RIGHT side of the frame, small docks in the distance. Homes are believable regional architecture, well proportioned and grounded in the terrain. Soft early-autumn olive, sage and warm muted gold foliage, a little gentle leaf motion, subtle ripples, soft natural sunlight, refined and welcoming rather than flashy. Keep the LEFT 60 percent as calm darker woodland and open water with uncluttered negative space for large white website text. Low horizon, no abrupt changes, very slow even movement, stable geometry, seamless-loop feeling. No people, no cars, no text, no logos, no captions, no graphics, no dramatic mountains, no ocean, no palms, no skyscrapers, no fantasy mansions. This is illustrative regional scenery, not a depiction of a specific listed property. Silent, landscape 16:9,1080p.”
- Original download: 1920 × 1080 H.264 at 24 fps, approximately 8.04 seconds; SHA-256 `cae734db417baad205642eabb66400043b651ab0acd13368bfa2bea31037caa5`. The local original is retained in ignored `outputs/openart-katie-hero-original.mp4`.
- Website delivery: scaled to 1600 × 900, 24 fps H.264/yuv420p, CRF 27, slow preset, fast-start MP4, audio omitted, using FFmpeg 7.1. The poster is a WebP frame at 0.25 seconds, quality 85. No architectural, color or subject edits were made. The generated client asset is separate from the stock and Creative Commons photo licenses below.

## Reference review

Mindy Cox's existing media at `/Users/aldrinwarrick/Documents/Codex/2026-10-06/i-ha` was inspected read-only. Its README describes the NWA architectural hero film and poster as AI-generated illustrative imagery. None of those media files were reused here. The supplied client files and licensed photography listed in this record make up the website asset set.

## Eureka Springs and Holiday Island guide photography

Source records, photographer credits and reuse terms were checked October 11, 2026. These are photographs of real places, often archival views. Table Rock Lake sunset imagery shows the Missouri side of the lake, not Holiday Island Marina. Beaver Bridge is in nearby Beaver, Arkansas; Roaring River State Park is in Missouri. Captions identify these locations and photograph dates. No freely reusable photographs of Holiday Island golf, marina facilities or restaurants were verified, so regional views are not presented as those businesses.

Each image has a full-width WebP and a smaller `-640.webp` responsive variant. Images were resized and converted to WebP without changing subjects or colors. The underlying files retain their full frame; landscape images can be cropped by CSS to fit website display boxes. Both variants of each CC BY-SA photograph remain licensed under the original CC BY-SA license listed below. These photo licenses do not apply to the site’s unrelated code or text. Visible captions link to the photographer’s source record and reuse terms.
